OMG!! I love this, and I think you will too! Especially the busy moms that are unable to make it to the gym. Dusting, mopping and cleaning the bathroom are all effective ways to burn calories without leaving the house! Say whattttt???

Window cleaning actually makes you burn about 115-calories in just 20-minutes!! Cleaning isn’t so bad after all….
