SPRINGFIELD, MO — Due to winter weather, the Springfield-Greene County Park Board is closing all staffed parks facilities at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Facilities will remain closed until Wednesday, Feb. 19, 12 p.m., unless otherwise noted. All classes and programs during this closure are canceled.
This schedule change impacts parks administrative offices, family centers, indoor pools, sports complexes, golf courses, Brightspeed Ice Park, Cooper Tennis Complex, Fieldhouse Sportscenter, Lake Springfield Boathouse, Northview Center, Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park, the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center, Springfield Skate Park, Valley Water Mill Equestrian Center and other staffed facilities.
Additional schedule changes are posted on the Park Board’s Facebook page.
Outdoor parks and trails remain open during regular hours, but gated roads may be closed until crews are able to clear roadways.
