Rage yoga uses proper breathing techniques, stretching and yoga positions, to allow yourself to express your emotions.
I mean you’ve heard of rage rooms right? Where you go in and smash a bunch of stuff? We’ve got one of those here in Springfield!
The point of these rage rooms, and rage yoga in particular is that, it allows you to have a safe space to let go of your frustration and rage in a healthy way….and then wash it all down with some beer.
