You will not submit any events that are spam or otherwise unsolicited.
2. Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website and its owners, operators, and employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your submission of an event to the community calendar.

The website may terminate your right to submit events to the community calendar at any time for any reason.
